God wants our best, deserves our best, and demands our best, from the beginning of time, He has been clear that some offerings are acceptable to him and others are not. It's easy to fill ourselves up with other things and then give God whatever is left. Hosea 13:6 says, "When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me." God gets a scrap or two only because we feel guilty for not giving Him nothing. A mumbled three minute prayer at the end of the day, when we are already half asleep. Two crumpled-up dollar bills thrown as an afterthought into the church's fund for the poor. Fetch, God! Wow! this brings tears to my eyes, for this is me, so busy with my life, kids, family that I have been satisfied just giving Him my leftovers! Leftovers are not merely inadequate; from God's point of view(and lest we forget, His is the only one that matters), they're evil. lets stop calling it a "busy schedule" or ...

Someone once said, everyone likes to be on the Mountain Top, but the Valley is where you do all your growing. So, instead of spilling my guts while in the valley. It's Sunday evening, sitting here, looking out the window, I have this feeling of total peacefulness. I have not felt this peaceful in a long while. I have been on this journey, a journey to find my cause, to have that relationship with God that I have so desired over the years, yet, somehow never did. I'm finding my way, I'm finding that relationship with God. The closeness, at the mention of his name, the peace that surrounds my being. like a best friend, knowing all your dreams and desires. So simple..., so powerful... and so true..., in the words of Pastor Rick Warren "I love... God!!!, I love God and he, he loves... me!!!". When Pastor Rick stood on the stage and said those words, that was my moment!, that was me!, that was exactly how I was feeling!!!. That is how I feel now!!, that burning, deep within my soul, my being, so real, authentic and true!!! God I Love You!!! and I know you Love Me Too!!!

No post in a long while, what is wrong with me?! guess I've been kinda...busy, yes that's it!! I've been busy and uninspired!!, so here are a few funnies I thought I would share.
